Xeloda: A Great Drug

I’ve been traveling the road of Living with Cancer for almost 6 years and for 3 1/2 of those years Xeloda kept me stable. It is a wonderful drug that is taken by mouth not IV so the chemo lab is not in the picture.

Bah Humbug-Xmas Scrooge

For years I have disliked holidays because it’s like you’re being forced to be happy and enjoy! Well you know sometimes I am not happy and I can’t enjoy

Skin is an Organ Breast Cancer Affects

Having been on Xeloda for more than 6 months and doing fairly well I just received a report from my dermotologist that a bump she removed from my back tested Breast Cancer. This is not a great surprise for me because that is indeed the way I discovered my reoccurence on my skin. 5 1/2 […]

Go Dig Pink Go!

Last night they had a dance choreographed to tell the story of […]

Enjoying My Days in Limbo

Sorry I haven’t blogged for a while but I’ve been kinda coasting while I’m on Xeloda, my present drug, because I feel almost normal on this miracle drug. D-Day (decision day) is about to occur since I am seeing my doctor next week. If Xeloda is working I will definitely stay on it for as […]
